Welcome to the 2016 Phoenixville Craft Beer Festival in downtown Phoenixville, a premier event that reaches prime demographic groups in Chester, Montgomery, Berks, Lancaster, and Philadelphia region. Vendor space and booths are limited, so please apply early. All instructions are below.

There are only approximately 15 vendor spaces available for the Phoenixville Craft Beer Festival. Booths are available once approved by festival promoters. A booth is reserved when: this form is filled out, a vendor fee is returned by the deadline of May 15, and we approve your application. Please apply and specify your main purpose (such as: promotion of your business; specialty sales; etc, etc.)
The Event desires to partner with the area businesses that meet Festival criteria for needs, such as: specialty sales (such as merchandise); bar and club promotion; beer related group/club/homebrew promotion. We also seeks to partner with businesses who will cross-promote the Festival to their network and clientele. We hope to continue a long term relationship with partnering businesses.
Load in schedule will be released a week prior to the event with location. If your product will take longer than 2 hours for load in please note in the description.
Vendor booth space costs:
$50 merchandise fee for a vendor selling products in your 10 x 10 space
$100 food vendor fee for a vendor selling food in your 10 x 10 space
Vendors will receive:
10 x 10 space on either concourse or arena floor
Two (2) vendor tickets to the Festival
Electric may be available for a cost
